Q1. Who are Investor Collective ?

Q2. How do I know the IC properties advertised are good investments?
A2. IC perform due diligence on each potential offering and look at aspects such as financial stability of the developer, country macro economics, construction design, viability of the development in its surroundings, comparison with similar projects. However our clients must perform their own research and ascertain whether the investment is a good one for them. Needless to say unknown events such as political changes, economic instability, changes to the law or other unforeseeable circumstances can have an effect on the investment beyond the control of IC.

Q3. What do I do if I want to buy a property through IC?
A3. The first step is to contact one of our representatives through the web site. Thereafter completion of the IC Property Opportunity Reservation Document and forwarding of your fee to IC will commence the process. Further details will be given in our IC Opportunities section.

Q4. How long will the development take until completion?
A4. This is dependant upon the development scheme, the planning and other authorities but generally 2 -3 years is a good guide until completion.

Q5. What guarantees do I have?
A5. Investment by its nature incurs risk, however investment in property is generally less risky than other types of investment. In the event the developer goes into liquidation for instance in spite of any due diligence checks carried out, another developer will usually buy out and complete the project. Other assurances are that some developers offer bank guarantees or escrow accounts which give reassurance that your money is held in a safe account. More details can be given upon request.

Q6 Who do I contact if I have query?

Q7. Do I need to provide my own advisors; e.g. lawyer, surveyor etc to assist in the transaction?
