Implementation Schedule
- The construction of the villas and the practice facility began in October 2005
- The construction of the first nine holes in September 2006 and the second set of 9 holes in September 2007
- The whole complex will be fully operational in 2009
Climate
- Temperate, four seasons, mild Mediterranean influence
- Suitable for treatment of asthmatic conditions, no temperature anomalies
- Summer: 25-35C
- Winter: -5-5C
- 13 month season (9-10 month golf season and 3-4 month skiing season)
Medical Services
The Club will have a doctor's surgery. Best clinics in Sofia, i.e. the Government Hospital, Saint Anna Hospital, the Military Medical Academy - all a fifty-minute drive, will be contracted to suite the needs of the Members and their guests.
