Investor Collective (IC) is a company whose sole aim is to provide commercially attractive property investments for our clients by gaining maximum leverage by collating our aggregated buying strength  for your benefit.

This allows us on your behalf to negotiate with developers and offer you no nonsense excellent investments such as property in Bulgaria, property in Ajman, property in Dubai and more opportunities in geographical locations potentially demonstrating the most attractive returns to your investment portfolio.

Our founding member and director has been involved in the construction industry for over 25 years and provides this knowledge and experience in pursuit of excellent property investments.

Investment aggregation allows our clients the freedom to make their own investments but with additional buying strength of a much larger professional property investor.  Our clients are not contractually bound together as in fractional ownership for instance but do derive the positive aspects of an association through IC with our other clients.

IC provides investment knowledge and opinion to allow you to make your own investment decisions simply and easily with the reassurance that our dedicated team will listen to your financial goals and aspirations and develop them into a coherent strategic plan to develop your expanding property portfolio.

IC is constantly building a broad spectrum of clients with investors in the UK and Northern Europe  including  UK expats working overseas who often by letting their primary residence to tenants have inadvertently become buy to let owners and now seek further similar foreign investments to enhance their property portfolios.

IC does not invest in equities or other financial instruments of any kind.
